Teeny Tiny (Noro) Tote

I have a skein of Noro left from knitting my cardigan and have been wondering what to do with it. I have, however, just come across a pattern for knitting and felting either a teeny tiny tote or a teeny tiny gift bag (via Knit Tigger) at Sarah's Threads Craft Closet. They look fab but I have no idea if you can felt Silver Thaw, so I've emailed the pattern designer in the hope of finding out...
